The CyberPower Intelligent LCD CST135XLU is a 1350VA/810W mini-tower UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with line interactive topology, providing battery backup using simulated sine wave output and surge protection for desktop computers, workstations, networking devices, and home entertainment systems. It keeps connected equipment running long enough for a safe shutdown during power outages and guards against surges, spikes, and power disturbances traveling through telephone, coaxial, and Ethernet lines.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) corrects minor power fluctuations—such as brownouts and over voltages—without switching to battery, extending battery life and ensuring consistent 120VAC output. The unit features 10 NEMA 5-15R outlets (5 with surge protection only, 5 with surge plus battery backup), 1500 joules of surge suppression, and EMI/RFI filtering. Two USB Type-A charge ports (2.1A shared) allow direct charging of smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices from the UPS.
The multifunction LCD panel displays real-time battery status, load level, and power conditions. CyberPower's GreenPower UPS Bypass Technology allows utility power to bypass the internal transformer when AC is stable, reducing energy consumption, noise, and heat buildup. The unit is ENERGY STAR certified and compatible with the free PowerPanel Personal Edition software for Windows, Mac, and Linux for remote monitoring and controlled shutdown.
Two sealed lead-acid batteries (12V/7Ah each) are user-replaceable using the RB1270X2C cartridge. Runtime is approximately 10 minutes at half load and 2 minutes at full load, with a typical recharge time of 8 hours and a 4ms transfer time to battery. The mini-tower measures 3.9 x 9.7 x 10.2 inches and weighs 23 lbs. Includes UPS system, user manual, and USB-A+B cable.
